Imagery
For this course, we are borrowing the literary term imagery and applying the underlying concept to presentations. The traditional literary applications of imagery "range all the way from the 'mental pictures' experienced by the reader of a poem to the totality of the components withch make up a poem." [source]
We'll talk about the use of metaphor for specific ideas within a presentation as well as over-arching metaphors that can work across an entire multimedia project.
